Katrine 'Trinkie' Watson, Owner/Broker of Chase International’s Tahoe City and Truckee offices, and a Corporate Broker with the Company's Incline Village (Nevada) office, was the 1995 President of the Incline Village Board of Realtors. In 1996, she was selected Realtor of the Year in Incline Village, and she was 1997 President of the Tahoe Sierra Multiple Listing Service. A Regional Lake Tahoe Broker, she is a resource for fine residential properties in and around the Lake Tahoe Basin. Trinkie has been in the real estate business for 33 years, a California broker for 30 years and a Nevada broker for 25 years.

Trinkie has an extensive leadership background beginning in her school years and continuing into business and community activities as an officer or director of numerous organizations. She is President of the Lake Tahoe Music Festival and a Board member of the Truckee Tahoe Community Foundation.
