Will Rogers—cowboy humorist, actor, radio personality, and social commentator—was the biggest box office draw of his day. Ten thousand mourners—including almost every other movie star of the time—filled the Hollywood Bowl to honor him after he died in a plane crash in 1935. This park includes the ranch house he lived in plus 186 acres with trails. There is also a small museum that includes Rogers memorabilia, artifacts, and art.
